In order to facilitate travel, starting from 14 March 2023 18:00 pm at local time (15 March 0:00 am at Beijing time), the policies of Chinese visa and entry to China for foreigners will be adjusted as follows:
1. Chinese visas issued before 28 March 2020 and still in validity will be reactivated.
2. All categories of Chinese visa including tourist visa (L) can be applied normally. For specific visa application and inquiry, please contact the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Bucharest directly.
3. Port visas are no longer suspended.
4. Hainan visa-free policy, visa-free policy specified for foreign cruise-group-tour through Shanghai Port, Guangdong visa-free policy specified for foreign tour groups from Hong Kong or Macao SAR, and Guangxi visa-free policy specified for foreign tour groups of ASEAN countries are no longer suspended.
